Pride Companion Dog Show this Sunday 5th July
Don't miss out on the campest dog show of the year. Class entries are from 11.30am and the fun starts at 12.30pm at Hove Rugby Football Club. Organised by Coastway Veterinary Group there will be pedigree, condition and novelty classes as well as an agility demonstration, trade stalls and refreshments - a great day out for all two and four legged friends.

Tendering Process Open for Event Management and Security
Pride would like to hear from suitably experienced organisations interested in tendering for one or both of the following contracts:
- Event Management – to include procurement of infrastructure for the main park event, event production, market concessions and waste management.
- Security – to include security on the Park leading up to the event, and at the main park event and Parade on the day itself.

Pride Theme 2009
Pride in Brighton & Hove was delighted to announce the theme for this year's celebrations in September last year. Following a record number of suggestions from Pride members and the public the Board of Trustees and Staff voted unanimously for the theme ‘Pride Beside The Seaside' which was suggested by Saskia Jackson from Brighton. Thank you to Saskia and everyone who suggested a theme idea

What we do
Pride in Brighton & Hove promotes equality and diversity, and advances education to eliminate discrimination against the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) community. It raises awareness of these issues by facilitating and promoting a series of events including Winter Pride and the annual free summer festival. It also fulfils its objectives by making grants and/or donations to other charitable and voluntary organisations. Our key objective is to develop an environment that promotes LGBT equality through creating and supporting events that celebrate LGBT lives.
